Founded in 2020, Xi'an Aerospace Purple Discharge Plasmatech Co., Ltd. is an innovative science-and-technology enterprise specialized in the application and development of plasma technology in health, environmental protection and bioengineering. The Company is located in the Caotan Ecological Industrial Park of the Xi'an Economic & Technological Development Zone with an operating area of 6,000㎡, including the area of 1,000㎡ for operation and the area of 5,000㎡ for production base and laboratory.
The technical team of the Company is composed of experts and professors from major universities in China, returned doctors from internationally renowned universities, and cutting-edge talents engaged in the applied research on plasma technology and new materials for a long time. The Company now possess over 20 research employees, including 4 doctors, and the proportions of the employees with the Master's degree or above and the employees with the Bachelor's degree or above respectively exceed 30％ and 90％. Talents cover multiple fields, such as electrical engineering, materials engineering and environmental engineering.
The Company independently developed the noval "planar plasma technology" and therefore, invented serialized products regarding air disinfection and sterilization, harmful gas removal and odor removal. Based on the air quality management system of the "Zidian Cloud" IoT platform, the air pollution control system solutions are measurable and visual as well as controllable with all-domain joint defense . In the future, the Company will adhere to the visions of "Light of Zidian, Life Bettering and Health Guarding", and will become a demonstration enterprise in China with independent technological innovation and sustainable development with every effort.
Kongtianzidian is committed to building the first-class laboratory in the industry. Such high-end experimental equipment developed as gas filtration test equipment, 3m³ air environment test chambers, 30m³ air environment test chambers, 2m³ air environment test chambers, semi-anechoic chambers, air conditioning equipment test chambers, constant temperature and humidity chambers and core discharging module performance testing equipment have assisted the optimization and upgrading of enterprise products and improved the core competitiveness of enterprises.
Ambient air test chamber
It is able to test the cyclic removal and disinfection/sterilization rates of the products for formaldehyde, toluene, ammonia gas and staphylococcus albus. There are 30m³ chamber, 3m³ chamber and 2m³ chamber.
Gas filtration test bench
It is able to test the one-time removal and disinfection/sterilization rates of formaldehyde, toluene, ammonia gas and staphylococcus albus, and to test the wind resistance value of components.
Semi-anechoic chamber
It is used to test the noise value of products.
At present, the Company has been awarded with "National High-tech Enterprise" and "Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprise". It has been qualified in the enterprise credit rating 3A certification,and the product safety certification of China Quality Certification Center (CQC), and it has been granted with the Hygiene License of the Disinfection Product Manufacturer. The Company owns multiple core intellectual property patents, and obtains the product test reports issued by such third-party authoritative testing organizations as Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Tianjin Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Guangdong Institute of Microbiology.
